Voting has ended and counting is underway in some parts of the Osun west senatorial district in the ongoing by-election.
The process ended at exactly 2pm, as earlier declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
In some polling units in Egbedore, Iwo, Isokan and Ejigbo local government areas of the district, voters were seen monitoring the counting of votes by the electoral officers.
The presiding officers at the end of the exercise in the units, cancelled the unused ballot papers in the presence of the party agents, security operatives, journalists and the electorate.
Meanwhile, voting is still ongoing in some other parts of the district.
