404B2 of the Lions Club International would on October 22 this year inaugurate Oluomo
Sunday Akere as its fourth new century President.
The event
would also serve as a fund raising luncheon in support of the club's free eye surgery
and distribution of eye glasses project for the year.
The event
which would be chaired by Dr. Deji Adeleke would have as executive Guests of
honours, the Governors of Osun, Ogun and Ondo states respectively.
According
to the organisers, the fund raise would be use for eye surgery and give out
free eye glasses in the three Senatorial Districts of the state.
It would be
recalled that Oluomo Akere has taken over the Presidency of the club from Lion
Abiodun Balogun July this year.
