Hon. (Barr.)Engr.. Akintunde Adegboye the Osun State House of Assembly, Deputy Speaker felicitates with all faithfuls of the Islamic faith as they celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.
He also congratulates all believers in the state of osun who have successfully undertaken the Hajj this year as enjoined by Prophet Mohammed (May Peace Be Upon Him).
As they conclude the rites of the Hajj and prepare to return home, he enjoined them to join in offering special prayers for greater peace, unity and progress in our dear state as well as for the peaceful and successful conduct of the gubernatorial election coming up in September this year.
As we celebrate the Eid-El-Kabir, Akintunde who represents Osogbo State Constituency in the House implored all to re-dedicate and commit ourselves to the Holy Prophet’s injunctions of piety, honesty, charity and generosity to the less privileged and true justice for all.
These virtues and lessons will surely stand our dear state in good stead as we continue our journey towards the fulfillment of our founding fathers’ vision of a great state.
Barr. Akintunde prayed that Allah’s blessings be upon all who have undertaken the Hajj this year and on our dear state of Osun.
He also wishes all Nigerians especially Osun indigenes currently in the Holy Land a safe journey back home.
