Justice Akin Oladimeji has cleared Osun PDP governorship candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke, of any wrong doing in the case of forgery and ineligibility instituted against him by two members of his party.
Oladimeji, in his judgement, though admitted there were glaring discrepancies in the certificates submitted, but said the Supreme Court had already pronounced that Constitution only demands that whoever will contest gubernatorial election only need to be educated up to secondary school, not necessarily that he or she must pass.
