News reaching us from the campaign office of one of the Senatorial aspirants from Osun Central Senatorial District, Chief Mrs Titilaoye Tomori who is the current Deputy Governor of the State of Osun drops her bid to run for the Senate from Osun Central Senatorial District.
In the statement signed by Titi-tomori explained the reason behind her withdrawal is for the peace to reign within the All Progressives Congress APC in the state.
She said,
“Out of special consideration for the unity and cohesion of our great party, I hereby announce the withdrawal of my interest in contesting for the Senatorial Seat of Osun Central Senatorial District. I use this medium to thank all of you great men and women on this Platform for your belief in my capability and capacity. I thank my teeming supporters, particularly the youths and our women for their unflinching and unconditional love. God bless you all.” – Titilayo Laoye-Tomori
