    The police on Monday   arraigned before the Magistrate sitting in osogbo Kolawole kayode ,38 and Olapade Taiwo 55, for allegedly forging the land sales agreement document and receipt of Omidiran Enterprises.

     The accused are facing a 3 count charge which also include selling fraudulently a 100 plot  of land of  one Hammed Omidiran who employed them to oversee  his landed property worth #50M.

  The  accused persons plead not guilty to the 3 count charge preferred against them.

    The counsel to the accused, Barr. Obaditan Yomi and Taiwo Awodele both prayed the court to grant their clients bail in the most liberal terms while the prosecutor, B. C Adaraloye rejected the bail application, stating that they would not stand their trial if committed to bail.
      .

     The presiding Magistrate, Chief Magistrate R. A. Olayemi,   granted the accuse persons bail of #2, 000,000.00 with 2 sureties in like terms of which one will be a civil servant and the other a blood relation.
     The case was adjourned for hearing on the 15th of August 2019.
