The speaker State of Osun House of Assembly says before the dispensation of Justice should be melted out over the impeachment saga of the Chairman Osogbo South LCDA hon Hakeem Olaoye thorough investigations must be effectively carried out.
This was the position of the house in line with the section 7 of the 1999 Constitution as amended and therefore Speaker of the house hon Timothy Owoeye explained that until the investigation is judiciously made hon Hakeem Olaoye remains the substantive chairman of Osogbo South LCDA.
Hon Timothy Owoeye assured all the parties concern of fairness, equity and Justice as the investigations exercise lasted.
He thereafter called on Parlimentarians to maintain peace and tranquility just as he directed them to appear before the house tomorrow morning so as to resolve the matter amicably.
