The Osun State Governor, Alhaji Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola will be the Distinguished Guest of Honour at the coming 22nd Annual Obaagun Day Celebration and Fund Raising for Community Development Projects.

Similarly, the Senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District, Senator (Dr) Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru would also be the Chairman of the day.

This was contained in a Press Statement duly signed and made available to Journalists in Osogbo the state capital by the Chairman and Secretary of the Planning Committee, Prince Wale Atoba and Mr Muyideen Idowu respectively.

According to the statement, the event which would also witness the attendance of cream of politicians, traditional rulers, business mogul and religion leaders from far and near will hold on Saturday, the 29th day of February, 2020 at St. Michael Anglican Primary School, Iree Road, Obaagun.

The statement also informed that, the royal father of the ancient community, His Royal Majesty, Oba Jimoh Adebisi Okunade Kayode 11, Olobaagun of Obaagun will be receiving and entertaining visitors as the Royal Host of the event.
