As the second wave of Covid-19 is around the corner, the Chief Executive Officer, TSBJ Aduke Reez Herbal Global Services, Dr (Mrs) Olowe Omobolanle, on Sunday called on governments at all levels to engage the herbal medicine practitioners in order to put lasting solution to the pandemic.
Omobolanle while making this call in her herbal factory, Owode-Ede in Osun State during a sensitization programme said, traditional herbal medicine dealers get adequate solutions to strange diseases, regretting that government's way of reluctance to involve traditional approach to research for permanent cure of the pandemic disease is highly regrettable.
Omobolanle who enjoined Governor Gboyega Oyetola's led administration in the state to allow them to collaborate with their counterparts in the orthodox medicine practice who are getting full attention and recognition of the government said the development is towards safety of life.
The Herbal medicine practitioner, explained that their herbs get the potency to cure all kinds of ailments and diseases, as well as performing surgeries without using knives on their patients, a feat which she said was being accepted and encouraged in other climes like China and India where herbal medicine has been taken to another level.
She said, "in other climes like China and India, both orthodox medical and herbal medicine practitioners are exposed to same opportunities to practise side by side, and as such are able to contribute their quota separately in the practice of medicine.
" That is why am calling on our government to give us the opportunity to collaborate with the government's medical practitioners to provide medical treatments for the teeming patients patronizing government orthodox hospitals".
Government at all levels should not folds its hand watching people suffering and die innocently without exploring all possible means for the permanent cure to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Omobolanle, who has produced many herbal drugs like Reez Bitters, M&B Herbal Capsules, Sarewole Herbal Bitter drinks among others with NAFDAC approval noted the important of the mentioned herbal drugs to cure some chronic and minor ailments in the body like reduction of prostate growth, enhances fertility in men, typhoid fever, stroke among others, saying some diseases did not need to be operated in the hospital instead, “it just needed some herbal drugs for permanent solution”
Omobolanle, who has travelled far and near for research in the herbal medical services called on the government, NGO, individual to collaborate with her for complete solution to any kind of diseases.
She further, advised the entire people of the state to comply with all the rules and regulations laid down by the government on safety as well as preventive measures pointing out that they should also observe and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
Omobolanle however appreciated her numerous customers worldwide while wishing them happy new year in advance.
