We, the Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (NEPWHAN), acknowledge and appreciate the recent announcement of food palliative arrivals in Osun State. We commend His Excellency, Senator Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, for this transparent initiative.
Despite being one of the most vulnerable groups in our society with over twenty four thousand and fifty (24,052) members across the state(National Data Repository NDR), our community has not yet benefited from such arrangements. Therefore, we earnestly appeal to His Excellency, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, to include us in this vital support program.
We are fully prepared to collaborate with the government to ensure that the allocated resources reach those who are genuinely in need within our community. Mr. Governor, we trust in your generosity and commitment to ensure that our community is neither overlooked nor missed out once again.
Our members are in dire need of food to adhere to their prescribed medication schedules which ripples into the required viral suppression needed for the needed quality of life. We would be immensely grateful if our needs are integrated.
Be assured of our highest regards always.
E-Signed
Awoyemi Roseline
