We understand that the recent withdrawal of support by PEPFAR may have caused concern and uncertainty about your care and treatment. Please be assured that you are not alone. Your health and well-being remain our top priority.

Under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, the Osun State Government, in collaboration with partners, agencies, and stakeholders, is working tirelessly to bridge any gaps left by PEPFAR’s withdrawal. We are actively exploring all available resources to strengthen healthcare services and mobilize community support to ensure uninterrupted access to essential care.

Your health, dignity, and rights are of utmost importance. We are committed to providing continuous access to:

Antiretroviral therapy/drugs (ART) and essential medications
Regular medical check-ups and monitoring
Counselling and psychosocial support
Nutrition and economic assistance.
We urge you to remain calm and committed to your treatment. Please adhere to your prescribed regimen, attend scheduled clinic visits, and reach out to healthcare providers if you have any concerns.

Rest assured, we stand with you every step of the way. Together, we will navigate this period and ensure that your health remains protected.

Thank you for your resilience and determination.

Yours sincerely,
Olusegun Daramola
Executive Secretary, Osun State Agency for the Control of AIDS (O'SACA).
